Who will actually be inside our home?+
Only the two of us — Tommie and Natalie. We do not employ crews or subcontract access to your residence. When a specialist trade is required (plumber, electrician), we meet them at the door, remain on site, and document the work in your report.
How are our keys and codes handled?+
Keys are unmarked, coded, and stored in a locked safe — never labeled with your name or address. Alarm codes are stored encrypted, never written on paper. Access records appear in every visit report, so you always know exactly when we entered and left.
What happens when a storm hits and we're 2,000 miles away?+
We check your property within 24 hours of any significant storm — roof lines, snow load, ice dams, decks, heat and water systems — and send a photo report. If anything needs action, we call you first, then handle it. Freeze events at altitude do not wait for your next scheduled visit, and neither do we.
How is this different from a property manager?+
Property managers optimize rental income for many doors at once. We do not do rentals. Home watch is a dedicated caretaking discipline: regular documented inspections, prevention of damage, and readiness for your arrival. Your home is a residence to us — not inventory.
How do you protect our home and privacy?+
Discretion is the whole job. Only the two of us ever hold your keys — stored unmarked and coded, never labeled with your name or address — and only the two of us are ever inside your home. Every visit is logged with its own photo-verified report, so you always have a precise record of who was there and when. We treat your home, and your privacy, as if they were our own.
What does it cost?+
Care plans are tailored to each residence after a private walkthrough, and quoted flat — no surprises, no upsells mid-season. Most families engage weekly or bi-weekly home watch with housekeeping and arrival service added around their travel calendar.
