This site is operated by Sacred Spaces Cleaning & Home Watch, owned by Tommie and Natalie Bennett, Summit County, Colorado. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Information here is descriptive, not a contract
We describe our services in good faith and keep this site current. Even so, the content is general information about what we offer — it is not an offer capable of acceptance, and it does not create a service relationship. A relationship begins only when we have both signed a written proposal.
3. Prices
Prices and ranges shown on this site are indicative starting points, published so you can judge whether we are in your range before spending time on a call. Your actual price depends on the size and condition of your home, the systems in it, how often you want us, and what you ask us to do. It is fixed only in a written proposal following a walkthrough. Published ranges may change at any time without notice; a proposal we have issued to you will not change during the period it says it is valid.
4. Photographs and imagery
Photographs on this site are illustrative and do not depict specific client homes or represent results in your home. Please read our AI & Imagery Disclosure, which explains their origin in full.
5. Availability and service area
We serve the I-70 corridor between Vail and Breckenridge and deliberately keep our client list small. Listing an area on this site is not a promise that we have capacity there, and we may decline any enquiry.
6. Your use of the site
Please do not attempt to interfere with the site or use it to harm others. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Submit the contact form by automated means, or flood it with repeated or fraudulent submissions
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, our systems or our client data
- Scrape, copy or republish our content for commercial purposes without written permission
- Impersonate anyone, or submit another person's details without their permission
- Use the site to send us unsolicited commercial offers
We monitor the contact form for automated abuse and may block submissions that our filters identify as such.
7. Intellectual property
The text, design, layout, logo and name of Sacred Spaces are ours and may not be reproduced without permission. Third-party imagery remains the property of its owners and is used under licence.
8. Links to other sites
Where we link elsewhere, we do not control that content and are not responsible for it.
9. No warranty for the website
We provide this website "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current at every moment. This paragraph limits our responsibility for the website only — it does not limit our responsibility for the services we perform in your home, which is dealt with in your service agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, Sacred Spaces is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Summit County, Colorado, and you and we each consent to that jurisdiction.
