Our whole promise is proof rather than claims. That promise would be worthless if you could not tell which parts of what we show you are real — so here is exactly where technology touches this business, and where it never will.
The short version
Every photograph in your visit report is a real, unedited photograph taken inside or outside your home by Tommie or Natalie, on the day and at the time stamped on it. Report images are never generated, never enhanced, never substituted, and never reused from another visit. If that were ever untrue, the service would have no value.
Where we do use technology
Marketing copy on this website
The words on our public pages were drafted and edited with the help of AI writing tools, then reviewed and approved by us. The claims they make are ours, we stand behind them, and we are responsible for their accuracy.
Photographs on this website
The photographs on our public marketing pages are illustrative. They are a mix of licensed stock photography and images produced or enhanced with AI tools, chosen to convey the character of the service.
- They do not depict specific client residences.
- They are not before-and-after photographs of our work.
- They are not evidence of results you should expect in your own home.
We would rather say this plainly than let a beautiful picture imply something untrue. When we have permission to show real work from homes we care for, we will label those images as such.
Scheduling and admin
We use ordinary software to schedule visits, build proposals and send reports. It applies our own pricing and our own checklists. It does not decide anything about you.
Where we do not use AI
- Never in your reports. No generated images, no AI-written observations. If we tell you a window seal is failing, one of us saw it.
- Never in your home. No AI system decides what gets checked. We follow the checklist agreed for your property.
- Never as a stand-in for us. There is no chatbot on this site and no AI answering service. When you call or write, you reach Tommie or Natalie. If you ever reach an automated system claiming to be us, it is not us.
- Never to judge you. We do not use AI to set your price, score you as a customer, or decide whether to take your home.
- Never in reviews. See below.
Reviews and testimonials
We currently publish no customer reviews or testimonials on this website. When we do, they will be genuine statements from real clients who actually used the service, published with their permission. We will never write, generate, buy, incentivise or edit a review to change its meaning, and we will never suppress a truthful negative one. Any material connection between us and a reviewer will be disclosed alongside their words.
Our commitments
- We will not claim capabilities, credentials or results we do not have.
- We will not present generated imagery as documentary evidence of our work.
- We will tell you when you are dealing with software rather than a person — though for the foreseeable future, you are dealing with us.
