Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or tell us to stop contacting you. You do not need a reason, and asking will never affect how we treat you.
What happens next
- Your request goes straight to Tommie and Natalie — no ticketing system, no outside company.
- We may need to confirm your identity before releasing information tied to a home. We will only ask for what is necessary to be sure it is you.
- We respond within 45 days, and usually much sooner.
- If we have to decline part of a request — for example, invoices we are legally required to keep for seven years — we will tell you which part and why.
- If you disagree with our decision, reply to it and we will reconsider. Colorado residents may then contact the Colorado Attorney General at coag.gov.
